i had a wonderful stay at aquis grana city. the location was fantastic, so close to the city center and all the main attractions. the hot and cold buffet breakfast was superb, especially those little sausage-meat balls! the room was large and comfortable and had classic twin beds that could be separated.

it could get a bit noisy at night.

everything seemed lovely until I noticed the unpleasant smell in the corridor, which was nauseating after just a few days. the rooms definitely did not feel like they were designed for more than two people, and I expected a special upgrade for the inconvenience, but instead received nothing. I almost gave a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

We loved the hotel's prime location, just a short stroll to Aachen's historic sites. Our family gathered with 20 members, enjoying the spacious double room and fantastic breakfast spread – it was a real treat with a wide variety of delicious options.

My wife says that the breakfast hall was too cramped.

Super spacious room with great amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, and electric kettle. The bathroom was nice, featuring a walk-in shower and plenty of toiletries. Loved the ample breakfast choices! The location was perfect for exploring all the local attractions. It also had soundproofing, so no noise disturbed my sleep.

Had a great group trip here! The location is close to the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. We loved the vast breakfast buffet—it catered to all tastes. Recommended visiting the Cathedral and the Town Hall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better.

Our room faced the street and it was noisy at night, which affected our sleep. The lack of soundproofing was noticeable, especially during the weekends.

This place was an excellent fit for a quick weekend visit in Aachen with best value. The public parking structure across the street made it super easy to drop off my car without hassle. Be prepared for bike salesmen outside while you walk around the neighborhood.

Had a fun stay! The location is super central, making it easy to explore the town on foot. Room 323 was nice and quiet, and I really liked the shower! Breakfast was decent with some tasty options including fresh fruits. One bummer was the limited parking. we struggled to find a spot when we first arrived.

Recommended for couples with pets

We had a spacious room that was perfect for our four dogs! The cute atmosphere made us feel right at home.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the quality made it acceptable.

Spacious room, friendly service, including a comfortably arranged area to unwind, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a delicious breakfast featuring a vast selection of items, especially notable were the smoked salmon and trout options.

For us it was ideal.
